'Quli: Dilon ka Shahzaada' embellished with shadow dance on the historic love-legend of the founder of Hyderabad kingdom of Golconda, poet-king Quli Qutub Shah and Devadasi Bhagmati. Timeless and universal, the play has an unconventional structure of a dialogue between the two characters onstage, through which their eventful story gracefully unfolds.

'Quli: Dilon ka Shahzaada' has been the toast of over 20 prestigious theatre festivals and venues in 6 countries, with a week-long run at Edinburgh Festival Fringe. The play brings centre-stage India’s pluralistic essence: two mutually-respecting artistes of diverse origins and cultures, whose love-legend formed the basis of a city with true Ganga-Jamuni tehzeeb.
